## What is centimeter of water?

The **centimetre of water** (or **centimeter of water**) is a unit of pressure equal to 98.0638 pascals (1 cmH2O = 98.0638 Pa), the SI derived unit of pressure. The centimeters of water is the pressure applied by a column of water one centimeter high at 4 °C in a gravitational field.
